Adam Raffel is the founder and President of Terrahawk Group, LLC where he coordinates and manages all day-to-day operations of Terrahawk Group and its affiliates.  Adam has managed, acquired, sold, developed, financed and leased real estate with an aggregate value of over $1 Billion.  This experience gives Adam a keen understanding of the motivations of real estate owners and tenants enabling him to provide the highest level of service to Terrahawk Group's clients and their tenants.

Prior to founding Terrahawk Group, Adam was President and Vice President of two Omaha based commercial real estate development firms, managing every aspect of their operations.

Adam is originally from Chicago where he developed a wealth of real estate knowledge from the following positions:

• Finance specialist at a multi-billion dollar commercial real estate organization
• Real estate acquisition specialist for a commercial real estate investment/development firm
• Commercial real estate broker, handling acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of commercial properties

Adam received his B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland in College Park and his M.B.A. from the Loyola University Graduate School of Business in Chicago.

Adam is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Nebraska.
